organized by the Swedish Chapter of IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) May 4-5, Rusthållargården, Arild, Sweden Meter- to Nanometer- Scale Electronics R&D SSoCC'09 Group Photo. The annual SSoCC has three main goals: to inspire and educate graduate students presenting and discussing their latest results, to give the participants an overview of SoC-related research and development work in Sweden, and to stimulate to cooperation between different research groups. This year's conference theme was "Meter- to Nanometer- Scale Electronics R&D". The number of registred participants was 62. In total, 34 technical papers were presented. In addition to that, the invited talks covered different topics within meter-, um- and nm- scale electronics research. Please refer to the program for further details. Best Student Paper Award Rashad Ramzan (Naveed Ahsan, Jerzy Dabrowski, and Christer Svensson), Linköping University, received the best student paper award for the presentation and paper titled "A 0.5-6GHz RF Front-End for Multistandard Receivers in 90nm CMOS". Best Student Paper
